Overview
Blockchain is a constantly evolving state-of-the-art technology that is increasingly finding interest and adoption in a variety of industries including banking, finance, law, insurance, healthcare, government, and supply chain management. While the Internet-based infrastructures, technologies and applications have enabled cross-organizational collaborations and interactions for the past few decades, blockchain has the potential to further revolutionize collaboration in multi-organizational settings. The aim of this workshop is to provide a forum for students, researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to present, share and discuss their research efforts in the use of blockchain technology for collaboration.
We are interested in papers that explore the role, opportunities and challenges of blockchain in collaborative applications and services. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:
- Security, privacy and trust
- Smart contract management
- Collaborative applications and services
- Blockchain infrastructure management
- Social computing
- Legal and policy implications
- Case studies, proof of concept prototyps
